Anyone thinking about MagicJack - don't do it. This has cost me a tremendous amount of time and money, not to mention the damage that it has done to my reputation on a new job. Also, I think that they should have to reimburse me for the cost of the business cards at the very least.

I truly hope that by filing this complaint, I can get some kind of resolution or, at the very least, a full refund for the service I paid for as well as their hardware. I also have to say that they are guilty of negligence and false advertising. They aren't offering any solutions whatsoever. I have business cards with this number on them and all of my customers have this already. I've paid for a service that has not been provided, and worst yet it is affecting my business. In any case, I am extremely upset over the unresolved issue and I have no solution after 4 chat sessions.
